"Greg is great to work with, at the beginning but if you have any issues along the way, there is plenty of pushback. Our problem revolved around the grout. He suggested a higher end more expensive grout because of the color. After he left, there was grout everywhere and took me 5 times to mop my floor to get rid of the grout mess. The grout is discolored in almost every room and there are many different shades thru-out the tile. Greg offered to come back and fix the grout issue and only made it worse. After demanding I pay more than was requested per the contract, I withheld only 5% of the final job and now he will not come back to fix it stating it is a grout issue. He also chipped 5 tiles during the process. This he has promised to come back and fix by filling in the chips, not replacing the tiles. We will see if this happens."
