"We couldn't be happier with Dave's overhaul of our fireplace. His attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We feel so lucky to have found him after another contractor flaked out on us. He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. More than anything Dave's got a good heart, my wife and I genuinely enjoyed meeting and working with him. (Note: no AI was used in writing this review!)"

"Competent and reliable team, solid schedule, very professional result. Neighbors see their results and often seek their help. Straightforward and knowledgeable. Comfortable interaction since 2015. They stand behind their work and take pride in it. We have a house built in 1838 which needed external repairs to deal with weather, recently becoming more severe. They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. They rebuilt an elaborate rear yard fence and built a privacy gate. It is our pleasure to write this review, we feel lucky to have them available."

Starting with great listening to the attention to details that I was most excited about, to Edian’s / Alexis superior preparation & commitment to on time start & completion, Edian’s professionalism yielded 2 huge projects that are an absolute joy to behold. Edian’s extraordinary attention to details is so far beyond my expectations, that he actually improved upon my architect / engineer’s structural design. I will admit that I expect much much more than most & Edian truly exceeded my standard of ‘triple redundancy’ when it comes to structural strength, safety & my ‘100 year goal’ for major ‘capital’ level projects. His work is so above and beyond, that several tradespeople have commented on the extraordinary level of workmanship! I have had the pleasure of working with Edian on 2 huge reconstructions of porches. For both, he scheduled well in advance and then he & crew showed up a few days early, completing these massive projects on time. Yes, you read that correctly, ON TIME. He & his crew have an exceptional ‘culture!’ They were here everyday, without exception, always cheerful & laser focused on their dedication to getting the job done according to Edian’s strict codes of on time progress.
