"It's always done right, the first time.  When you make an appointment, they show up in the window of time quoted.  They have a supply of parts with them but when I needed a new faucet, they provided a catalog so I could order and came back in three days when it arrived.  They use "Wolverine" fixtures, made in Michigan and it's good quality brass.  It's also more expensive than the cheapo things you can buy at the big box stores, but I have been very pleased with the quality and reliability of these replacements. <br />"

It took the workers a bit longer to accomplish all the work, but they didn't shortcut anything. In fact, they found an area that wasn't discussed while foaming the common wall and took care of it as well, as it just made sense to include it. I tipped each of the installers for their extra help. <br /> I could easily tell the comfort difference in every area they'd hit, both during the winter and the subsequent summer.
