Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."

What a friendly competent individual. he went to work and was finished installing a new coupling assembly, carefully opening the wall so it could be easily repaired. He was done in about an hour. He charged 20% of what the large named company quoted me. You know, honesty is a lost attribute and it was nice to find a person that practices what his ads say. From my experience I had estimated the proper amount for the repair myself. Even without discussing the price Shane came in exactly what I had estimated was a fair price for the repair.(Honesty again!!!!!)
I took all my previous phone numbers for plumbers and took them off my phone and threw away my refrigerator magnets that I had received from other plumbers.. Shane Gibson is the only person I would call. I also found that a nearby large neighborhood hardware store recommends him as well. I asked Shane for 25 of his cards and will have handed them out to friends and associates by tomorrow.
