"Opportunity Construction and their sub-contractors performed a wide range of services during the remodel of our 1940 Craftsman Cottage here in West Olympia. Yard fence replacement (now beautiful stained cedar); demo, removal, and replacement of carport concrete pad, with conversion to covered patio; windows and exterior door replacements; exterior structural repairs; new Hardie Plank lap siding; demo of former garage pad, followed by construction of a new two-car garage and concrete driveway; and, complete repaint of both structures - superb outcome!
