"DiOrio builders did excellent basement work. Before DiOrio- my basement unusable, a dusty mess, the walls and ceiling peeling so bad, I couldn’t even walk in there without being covered in chalk. Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
