"I recently renovated my bathroom and bedroom and could not recommend Built-Well Builders highly enough. Keith Hessman was the utmost professional and his work crews followed suit. In the planning stages Keith drew up 8 possible bathroom blueprints for me and when I ultimately chose 1, he even made alterations according to my specs. While the work was being done, every artisan showed up on time and left the worksite each day as clean as possible. As contractor, Keith was there every day not only working himself but also overseeing the workmanship of his crews. He guided me in the selection of materials and fixtures. In my bedroom, Keith reconfigured existing walls to accommodate the installation of custom made drawers and cabinets. He redesigned existing closets to increase their utility. Keith was amazing and a pleasure to work with and I would certainly hire him again!"

He is a shining example of how a business should be run. We were extremely fortunate to find someone so honest and caring, especially during COVID and these crazy times. "My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"I am very impressed to deal with Emil . The work went very professional and fantastic eventhough not completely done 100% but I am sure will come beautiful more than we expected. Very seldom now to find someone honest and professional gives advice to save some money and less money for him. Emil is available seven days a week to answer any question or concern. All crew's working from bottom of their heart like this is their own house with using technology tools to do the Job. I can't thank them enough for what they doing so far .they came yesterday very cold weather to do the work, even my neighbors told me that your construction crew's working every single day. "The Bodee Construction crew was quick, thorough and competent. The project required the complete removal of existing laminate wood flooring, installation of a sound proofing layer, and the installation of ceramic tile throughout a 1,200 square foot Manhattan apartment. The crew took measures to control dust and then took the original materials right down to the concrete before laying and leveling the new tile. Baseboards were replaced with new, and the entire unit was painted, including ceilings. Later, when we discovered a defective bag of grout had been used (not their fault!), the crew returned to remove the bad stuff and re-grout. It was truly a pleasure to work with them."

"Darek and his workers are AMAZING. They consistently showed up on time and worked with us to get the job done on time. When it became obvious that our original plan for the room (replace drywall, sand, and paint) would not address all the structural issues uncovered during the demo phase, they were more than willing and able to work with us on a solution that didn't break the bank (rebuild broken staircase, rebuild pantry, replace wood and tile flooring). The finished project far exceeds our expectations."
