Bob not only got us on his schedule as soon as possible, but he truly took away all of our anxiety during a very stressful time. It was immediately evident upon meeting him that Bob is the consummate professional. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. He explained everything to us, including different options and construction materials, in a very clear way. His price was very reasonable, and he was willing to do everything we wanted, including time-consuming cutouts in the shower. He was an excellent communicator, and kept us aware of the timetable during each phase of the project. He was so personable and easy to work with that it was truly a pleasure to have him and his assistant, Jesse, in our home. Everything was beautifully executed, and the tile work he did was absolutely fantastic. It is so refreshing to meet someone who is honest, talented, and has such pride in his work. We would never considering using anyone else as long as Bob is in business."
