"Highly recommended! Mike, Steve and the team at Goetz Contracting transformed the curb appeal of our home. A big wrap around porch is one of the great features of the house, but it was seriously worn and outdated. Goetz took out all the skinny decorative 4x4 beige posts/spindles and weak railings. They padded out the main beam on all three sides of the house and wrapped it perfectly with aluminum, installed 23 new 6x6 posts with PVC post wraps, and finished with solid Trex Transcend railings and spindles all in white. The second floor balcony off the primary bedroom was totally restructured and then remodeled to match the lower porch plus the addition of beautiful Trex Enhance composite decking. From start to finish communication from Mike was perfect, Steve and the team worked hard and treated our home as if it was their own. Plus there good guys. He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. I asked him when he would remove the boulder. He had to get back to me. 2/21/25 Dominic said he would come the first week in March 2025 to remove the boulder. I contacted Dominic again via text on 4/1/25, got a message on 4/2/25 that Dominic would come next week to remove the boulder. Got a message 4/10/25 that Dominic would come the following week to remove. At some point after this, when it was not done, I spoke with Dominic, and he proceeded to talk over me and said he was not going to remove the boulder."
