"Bob and the team provided 5-star service. They were professional, technically sound, and friendly. The install was completed in the exact amount of time promised. Overall, it was an excellent experience!!!"

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits. \nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally. \nRed Carpet Treatment \nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Rich came over on Monday and did an amazing job . He got the job inspected the next day then on Wednesday we got our meeter installed. I definitely recommend this Guy"

"Excellent service to get leaking pipe in a vanity repaired and a cracked faucet replaced. He reached out the same day I posted and did repair the following day. I would highly recommend Jesse’s services!!"

"He gave a very competitive quote, did the work perfectly on time and within the quote. Overall very pleased and would recommend to anyone. We had to remove all the copper pipes and replace with plastic because of pinhole water leaks"

"Excellent service and water heater. Very satisfied!"

"Two years ago, Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a Kohler faucet I purchased at Lowes. The faucet began leaking and the spout was frozen, so I had them return. For the $59 price of the home visit, the plumber took apart the faucet and ascertained that the leak and jamb were problems with the faucet itself and not subject to repair. He recommended I call Kohler and have them replace the unit. He also explained (when I asked) how I could replace it myself. Kohler is sending a replacement. This consultation was thorough, helpful, and inexpensive!"

"He was very professional, on time, they cleaned up, and did a great job."

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"
