"I had previously hired Edson to paint our interior and once again he and his crew did a fabulous job.  I wanted to get the outside done prior to the end of May.   Edson responded immediately and completed the job within a week.  He personally started the project which involved power-washing and scraping of old paint and repainting of two porches, plus power-washing and watersealing our deck.  The crew that came to help out were professional, courteous and neat.  We communicated mostly through email once the project was underway and Edson always responded promptly.   It is a pleasure doing business with Edson."

"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough.
