"Following the “Flood of May 2020” Frontier Basement encapsulated my crawl space and there hasn’t been a drop of water there since. It only was prudent to retain their services to address a garage floor foundation issue."

"I felt like Bluegrass was the most honest in regards to the actual work that needed to be completed. I was quickly able to get on the calendar for the foundation repairs that were needed on my home. I was very impressed with the team and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!"

"They were very professional they explained everything very well and make sure I understood what was going on they took pictures of everything under and around the house to show me what they did they were here on time every day they were a wonderful group of fellas they worked wonderful together they were very hard workers my brick is not cracked anymore my floors are not sagging anymore and I'm very happy with the decision I made to choose this company to do my foundation work I feel very good about everything they did and I highly recommend them"

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"The service was good. They have a lot of services, you name it and they have it. I would use them again. In fact, we were going to have another project and would contact them to do the foundation."

"Josh and the team did a really big job for us last week. They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall. It was a lot of work and I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with General Waterproofing. We had several quotes from other companies, some much more expensive, but Josh was the only one that actually discovered WHY we had water in our crawlspace and created a plan to tackle that problem. Going with the company that wasn't just putting a bandaid on the situation and was reasonably priced was no-brainer. Also, a number of the other companies were really aggressive and fear-mongered- I did not get that feeling from General Waterproofing at all. They were very upfront about the issues and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary systems or upgrades. The crew was polite"

"Eliminated pests and offered great service and advice to prevent this in the future"

"Yes Jeff and Nick were the project managers, they have an awesome team of workers. They came early and stayed late, didn't kill time they were always working. The group that did the labor was very polite. Everyone made sure our needs were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. So far water proofing our basement seems to work, which is a huge relief to my husband and me. Nick went over and beyond his job description to ensure our needs were met. Appreciated this team very much."

"kelly was personally great but ,maybe i had too hi expectations for project, maybe i misunderstood what was actually suppossed to happen but basement remains as humid as ever even when i turned humidity controller down lower as advised i really feel uncomfortable rating tristate at this time, sorry"

"They did not close the crack from the foundation problem. they raised the foundation enough for the doors to closed but I still have cracks over the doors."
