He used plastic sheets to protect the kitchen area and did an excellent clean up job. He drove to the paint shop to get the exact color paint needed. "I believe everything went great. Initial communications were a bit sketchy but all went well in the end. When is the last time you were quoted a price and after the job was done, the technician said the job went easier than expected and lowered the price...by a third? Plus, Ronnie (I guess he's one of the owners) happened to notice a problem when they were already packed up and ready to leave (it was a window that an "apprentice" (at least someone that had only been with the company a couple of months) had worked on, promptly unpacked everything and redid the window. If you don't absolutely need new windows, I would recommend letting this company at least give an estimate. All my windows are working great and the cost for doing all the windows in the condo was about $3,000 less than the cost of replacing only five windows, my original plan. Recommend them highly!"
