"Poorly. Old Castle exceeded the one month estimate and completion took 3 1/2 months. They exhibited poor communication skills, were unresponsive and careless, significantly damaging our existing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and failed to cover our outdoor terrace, left caked up cement and adhesives on the surface which therefor needs repair/repainting. We eventually agreed a resolution with them but they did not do any of the agreed repairs to our vanities. We have never posted a negative review on social media but strongly recommend that you select a different contractor."

"Rob and his son came promptly to my house and were very professional and worked very quickly! Our house is going on the market this coming spring and at 22 years old we wanted to ensure our plumbing was to code as well as to have a new sink and toilet install and check lines for a new dishwasher and ice-maker.
