Though I had thoroughly explained what I needed and wanted with the office staff, and was quoted a $79 fee I was presented with a $439 bill. When I contested this amount the tech showed me the amount listed on the card they are given for pricing. He then called his supervisor who agreed to the $79 fee. Positive in the end on that one. During the plumbing inspection the tech found an issue with one of the toilets. I inquired about the price for them to install. I was quoted $849. Needless to say, even though this included the supplies, I did not choose to use Ragsdale for this need. Finally, at least one of the staff in the office was neither interested or seemed to care that Ragsdale was listed with bad information on their listing on Angie's list. Nor did she seem interested in answering questions I had about services. If it were not for a subsequent call to Ragsdale and another office staff person I would not have found the awesome techs of Ragsdale. Seems to be a bit of disconnect between office staff and the techs in the field."
