"Raymond, Jamie and Mitch brought in a horizontal drilling team and replaced the blown out galvanized main water feed from the street meter to the house in 8 hours. 80' of new poly 1" water line all the way into the basement with zero impact to our landscape (see photo). However, the tech was there when I arrived at 2:05 pm. He quickly got to work, even had to leave to get a part, but returned promptly. Repaired the water line under the sink and replaced my tub fixtures. He explained exactly what he was doing, and also what I would need to do in the future. And I had a written estimate before he began any work. They aren't cheap, but for such great (and super-prompt) service, I'm willing to pay for it. Especially on a Friday afternoon!"
