Called Brian the beginning of May and now it is the middle of September and he still hasnâ t done anything. We call every week and he says emailed upper management and thatâ s as far as it goes . If you want anything done on your house go elsewhere. Home Improvement Co sucks. The same thing year after year. They have replaced the sashes many times but donâ t fix the problem. Windows frames are out of square and windows are warped."
