When I voiced that I wanted to use another company they told me I signed a contract and they planned to enforce it. If I broke the contract I would have to give them 1/3. I had no choice but to cave. I selected Liberty largely based on representations that the work would be performed by in-house crews rather than subcontractors, and that quality workmanship was a priority.
