"Work:   The owner is very professional and informative.  Quality is good.  No complains there.
Price:  The owner is a talker!!!  he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more.  I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work!  He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off!  BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!!  My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.

"upon inspection of the old tank it was determined that the tank itself, bladder, etc, was fine but the couplings at the bottom were corroded resulting in a pin hole leak. Jim offered me the choice to try to replace the couplings and save the tank but pointed out that since the tank was 10 years old it could fail sooner than later and I'd have to go through the labor charge all over again...we both agreed it was best to replace the entire tank and fittings to get it taked care of right the first time. Clearly the best way to go but nevertheless appreciated being given the choice. Jim and his assistant Glenn, were very professional and courteous."

Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. After suffering water damage from both a pipe burst AND a leaky roof, Timothy and his team were able to assess the damage, and fix it in no time.  Timothy was also charged with replacing the fascia board in my home - and what made things a little more challenging is that all of these repairs were happening in two different properties at the same time!  
Timothy and his team did a great job juggling competing priorities and always ensured I was kept in the loop of all progress and next steps.  After the job was complete - everything looked perfect - as if the damage never happened!  And, their clean up - was impeccable!  
While I am expecting not to have any damage anytime soon - I will definitely be calling Timothy next time I need general contractor services.  I highly recommend him!
