"I called them up and they were at the house within two hours (no waiting days and days for an appointment). He pulled up with a well-stocked trailer and was able to scope the line and show me where the breaks were. His system has a wifi connection and an app which when downloaded shows you the view of the camera when it's in the pipe. You can also record video and snap pics (both within the app) of the innards of your sewer pipe if you so wish. His system has a tracer unit which detects the depth of your pipe so you know how deep the pipe is. That way, when another plumber comes to bid on your sewer pipe work, you know that your pipe is only X feet below the surface and not X+10, which will give you a better idea of the cost of material removal. The only thing I would suggest to Drain Sights is to upgrade to a slightly better camera. This camera seemed to be SD while another plumber's camera seemed to be HD and gave a much clearer view of any cracks. I would most definitely use them again, but I really hope I don't have to."

Not only did Prime Plumbing find that the work to fully replace the sewer lines in my home that had been estimated by a competitor to cost over $14000 WAS NOT NECESSARY, they also provided a highly competitive price for the replacement of the hot water heater. They had every opportunity to provide a lower bid on the work we presumed was needed based on the previous estimate but instead demonstrated that they are highly ethical plumbers interested more in establishing a trusting relationship than someone willing to take advantage of a situation created by a competitor. "Very professional and caring company. Steve came out to clean a blockage in the main sewer line and replace the sub pump that burned up from the sewage water that was flooding the basement. He wasn't able to clean the main line because there was no blockage in my sewer line it was on the county main line. He was able to replace the sump pump. He even checked back in with me through out the day and the next day to see if the county was able to clear the blockage and stop the water from backing up into my basement. Will definitely hire again for any of my plumbing needs."

"They did a great job snaking the drain.  It ended up being more work than we thought because of the size of our pipes but they got the job done.  The only issue was that my husband had to spend two additional hours cleaning up (you can imagine) our basement floor.  Not sure if they weren't prepared for a mess or if the coupon we purchased didn't extend to a thorough cleanup? <br />"
