"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"As above...simply marvelous. Eduardo is extremely neat, always cleaning up when done and placed materials and tools away properly. I had originally met Eduardo three years ago when my sliding glass doors needed replacing and ceilings, closets etc. needed painting. His English, at first, was difficult but since that time, he has vastly improved along with his personal talents and experience as a professional. His carpentry skills and his inbred abilities to do most anything are outstanding. He completed work (counters, seating, flooring etc) in my daughter's Cafe in ample time and nicely done for her grand opening. He's hung closet doors, sliding doors, installed faucets, exhaust fans. He's done some plumbing, tiling, a full shower with built in seat, interior and exterior house painting, rake boards, trim, a bit of electrical work, etc. He's repaired, retaped and painted several ceilings. He has replaced all of the rotted boards hither and yon throughout my property; from the front and back porches and decks, to the shed, to the front stairs to the trim around doors, windows etc. Eduardo, most importantly, is honest and trustworthy and, I must say, most respectful...always. I would not and did not hesitate to leave my doors open when I was out. My home was open for him. He takes pride in his work and has quietly done many extra things that have surprised me so. Example; my trash barrels have been brought in for me, my garden tools or hoses have been picked up for me. Saw dust, debris, dust and dirt have all been cleaned away. He is a good person, a hard worker, and is fairly priced. I would recommend him at any time. You may speak to me personally if you wish further information. He would have my number. I truly, truly, appreciate everything that he has done for me. Work still needs doing and he diligently is working on my list: fieldstone walls that need rebuilding, smoke detectors needing replacing, attic vent fan replacement, wallpaper removal, more interior painting, some high hedge trimming, mulching, edging etc. etc. etc. He will shine at anything and everything that you need doing. "This is the contractor you are looking for. Will use them again."

"It was great from start to finish.  Every subcontractor was polite and punctual.  The work was done in the soundest and highest quality manner possible.  You might experience a wait to have Redman Construction do your job, but it is WELL worth it.  It was a completely positive experience and without any of the disturbance and/or surprises you often hear about.  We are definitely getting on Redman's roster for PHASE 2 and probably 3 of our home repairs.  Th company is based right down the street from us and it feels GREAT to work with someone so local.

"I had an outstanding experience with Real Painting and could not be happier with the results. The painting looks fabulous, and the service was of the highest quality. I received quotes from four painters, and Carlos compared very favorably in both price and expertise. Carlos accommodated every request I had to make adjustments to my project and made himself available whenever I tried to reach him. He was extremely knowledgeable about which paints would work best for walls, cabinets, ceilings, and the moisture levels in each room, as well as ways he might work with me to maximize efficiency while reducing costs. His team was highly professional, courteous, and skilled. They carefully wrapped and taped my furniture and home items in every room, always removed their shoes when in carpeted areas, and took great care to protect my home throughout the process. Carlos was referred to me by my realtor, who has had him paint her properties twice. After seeing the excellent work he and his t"

"DiOrio Builders & Designers has been excellent to work with on several projects around our 1890s colonial home in Boston. Over the last few years, they have painted the interior of our house, installed hardwood flooring, rebuilt our front porch, installed French drains in the back, reinforced and repointed our granite foundation, rebuilt our kitchen floor and tiled it, and installed numerous lights and a range hood. The quality of work is top-notch and they were great to work with. Pricing was fair, communication was professional and timelines were met. I recommend them to all my friends."

"Pedro was really great to work with from start to finish. We were in the process of buying a new home that had 2 improperly installed bathroom fans causing moisture buildup in the attic. He was easy to get in touch with and schedule an appointment, showed up when he said he would, and provided an estimate within 2 days. He was also able to complete the job before we moved in, which we really appreciated. The quality of work was good, and they kept the work area tidy throughout. I would absolutely recommend Pedro and his team."

"Went well.  The torrential rains the following week revealed that the upper end of driveway near garage needed to put built up a bit more to keep the rain from puddling.   The guys came back a week later, after the rain stopped and build up the driveway.   They burnt the tar to blend it into the existing driveway.
The driveway is a difficult one to do.   There is absolutely no grade to work with - it all had to be built up.
TMC was the only company who said they could do the driveway with out a drainage system.   All the other contractors would not consider it.    We did not want the drainage system because it does not work.  We are all ledge and granite underneath.
Looks beautiful!!!   Will definitely have them back to do other work."

"Great company. The owner was awesome. Project was done timely and professionally. They also did a concrete patio and deck repairs. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They did an amazing job on it all. Plan to use them for all of our future projects"
