"They did a good job getting rid of the mice however I have been extremely disappointed in the foundation vents they installed. One of the vents has never worked. They replaced it once but it still never worked. The other 4 are sketchy, at best. They came and looked at them in March and were supposed to come back when it warmed up to look at them again. I called 3 weeks ago and they said they would be back that week but have never showed up. The vents were slightly over a year old when I called and told them they weren't working. They were supposed to be deciding if they would replace them since they were slightly older than the one year warranty they offer on services. They did fine on removing the critters and I would use them again for that but I would not have them do any sort of home maintenance in the future. The automatic foundation vents have been fairly useless and certainly were not worth what I spent on them.
