Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in White House, TN

"Chad with Homestead Custom builders was great ! I placed the work request later in the day and heard from him that evening. In our first conversation I was immediately at ease that we had found the right person for this project. He stayed in constant communication with any updates and thoroughly explained the process. The end result is very nicely built and attractive. The entirely family Is very happy with the work and it was completed in a very timely manner. We were very fortunate to have picked this guy. Will definitely you them for future needs. 5 stars !"

"They did a great job. The fence and gates look very nice. We will definitely hire them for any future fence or deck work."

"I absolutely love my new screened deck/porch. All the workmen were extremely nice and did a great job. Definitely would use this company again."

"We had the absolute best experience working with ThermaView Exteriors to build our deck. When Tyler arrived to provide us with his quote, he demonstrated that he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We knew going into this that our project would be complicated--we wanted a deck off the back of our house that would be large enough to park our two cars underneath. Tyler was able to not only give us what we asked for at a more than reasonable price, but was also able to anticipate potential problems and trouble-shoot them before they became an issue. When construction started, the ThermaView team of Matt and Aaron were absolutely spectacular. They showed up every day on time, if not early, and stayed until their work for the day was completed, even if that meant staying long into the evening hours. When weather slowed them down, they communicated with us quickly about any potential delays and did everything in their power to make up for lost time. We are beyond thrilled with how our deck turned out, and with our overall experience with ThermaView. We would highly recommend working with them for your deck construction needs!"

"Contractors Group did a fantastic job overhauling our master bath. Their proposal presentation was top notch, design was excellent, communication was consistent, delivery was ahead of schedule, and final product is even better than we'd hoped. We'd highly recommend Contractor's Group!"

"These guys are legit. Best deck around, no one even compares. NO WOOD OR COMPOSITE. PVC Cellular, is what they do. I had 5 different companies come out, all of them show some composite or pine wood. Yes PVC is more, but it is wayyyyyy better and is worth every penny. If you want a deck to last forever call them."

"Rain or shine homes replaced the soffit and aluminum wrapped the facia on my property before replacing the gutters and down pipes. Great job overall. They took longer than planned but this was down to the weather and outside of their control. They professionally accommodated the spec changes I made post contract and fairly adjusted the price. Very pleased with the way the job was managed and the result. Thx"

"Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."

"I love their product, however I had an issue when the door the sales man quoted me was missing its peep hole. Although he quoted me $198 to add the peep hole and added that to the total cost of my door when I let him know the door did not come with the peep hole and requested they refund me the difference he then tells me they will refund me little over $61 for the cost of the peep hole. Considerably less than the amount he added to my original order for the peep hole. Since he did not provide me with a break down of those costs in the order which he told me he would email later, I could do nothing about this. I STRONGLY recommend if you use their product and service that you require the sales person break down each of the additional costs when ordering any item from them to ensure if they do not provide it you will get your full refund they originally added to your costs at the time. DO NOT sign the order without this breakdown or you may not get your full cost back like myself if they fail to make a door or window as you ordered. Other than that I love my new widows and doors I just do not like getting cheated out of what I paid for."
