Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. Please refer to the pictures for my selection. The price was more than reasonable and they do offer financing if needed. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project. "My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!"

"Outstanding. Wes, the owner of WS Construction, was extremely thorough during the quoting process and made us confident that he would perform the work exactly as desired by us. The job itself was slightly complex due to the way the trellis was attached to the side of the house and needed detail finishing work to the siding/soffit/eves to ensure a professional look and functional water and bug proofing. He also did some minor gutter repair work. Wes and his crew came in at the scheduled time, did the work as promised and also gave us an extremely good price. The main difference between Wes and the other companies we quoted from, is that he himself quotes and does the job. So the possibility of communication gaps does not exist. I will not hesitate to employ Wes again. I wish I could give him an A++."

"it took these guys less than 4 hours to rip off 2 layers, replace a bunch of plywood and cut in a ridge vent along with adding some other vents across the back and slap on the new shingles. "I've had Rick out to my house twice to quote me for siding. I have found him to be very honest and have the most intregrity of the 3-4 for siding contractors that have come out to quote me. The first time he came out he recommended I find a handyman to repair my existing siding. He was of the opinion that we could buy ourselves a few more years with the repair work of a good handyman and then re-side down the road. I planned on taking advice until we found mold and my wife became concerned that there was mold behind out siding. I asked RIcked to come back out and quote me for vinyl siding, gutters, and aluminum trim. He gave me the best quote of any other siding contractor. He also really made me feel like I could trust the work and quality of A-1. We are still undecided if we will reside this year or a few years down the road but when we do we will almost certainly go with A-1 Roofing and Siding"

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"The entire experience went very well. Dennis Knoph responded quickly to my request for an estimate -- spending a lot time listening to my requests (like fixing holes in aluminum siding as part of prep) and addressing my concerns (like covering my roof solar panels to make sure no paint spray drifted on to them). He adjusted the written email quote a couple of times in response to other items (like no power washing in a breezeway). Unlike other companies that either wouldn't do the work or were hesitant about the outcome (like repairing holes in the siding), MHI was confident that they had the experience to do the work and could tell me what to expect. MHI did not disappoint. I also like the fact that MHI quoted an all-inclusive cost -- no unknown add-ons for paint, other materials, etc. MHI assign Bill and his crew to do the job. Bill is very knowledgeable and ran a "tight ship". They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Not only does the paint job look great, I appreciated all the extra things that they just handled as matter of doing the job that I was not aware needed to be done -- like filling some holes in a Pella sliding glass door that I knew had wood rotting but didn't expect them to do anything and providing completely new shutter fasteners since my 50-year old fasteners were in no shape to be used to put the shutters back up. After a couple of weeks, they came back promptly to my request to paint the inside of a storm door that everyone including myself had missed. I would have no hesitation in using MHI in the future for other work."
