"Walking Miracle Renovations is among the very finest customer experiences I’ve had: One of our townhome’s exterior shutters was torn off the siding during last week’s torrential thunderstorm and was damaged. Once contacted, Mr Casey Jones Sr quickly arrived personally to review the damage and provide a free estimate for the repair. The price was fair and reasonable. His very capable crew including trained family members appeared a little later THAT SAME DAY and expertly repaired the shutter and re-fastened it securely to the siding. Thanks Ryan Jones & colleagues! Walking Miracle Renovations states its mission as “Bringing Honesty and Integrity Back Into Business”. They lived up to that with professionalism, expertise, and fair pricing. They are our new “go-to” home maintenance team - I have already personally recommended them to three neighbors!"

"American Home Contractors replaced my home's roof and gutters. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. John, the Project Coordinator, was professional, attentive to my needs throughout the project, flexible with the scheduling, and willing to work with me on the price. The project was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was great. I would highly recommend American Home Contractors!"

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"I called Garner to see if they could do the work. They looked at the window boxes, provided recommendations that it be covered with pvc that would last a long time, not need painting and could be sealed better than aluminum. They provided a qoute, along with the stipulation that rotten wood exposed when it was uncovered would be extra to replace. Their was a lot of detailed cutting of the pvc boards to rebuild the boxes. Some of the wood underneath did need to be replaced. The work they did was fantastic. The had to work around some weather issues, but it was completed quickly and we now have the best-looking window boxes in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Garner Roofing for roof work or replacing other trim on a house. Work and professionalism are high quality. They kept in touch with us throughout."

"The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

"Better than I could ever have imagined. If I could have given them A+ in all of the categories I could have. They replaced my roof 2 years ago and I had the same great experience with them. They were very helpful in guiding me on navigating me through the insurance process. If you need roof or siding work done, look no further than S&K. You will be happy that you did."
