Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. "The project went really well and was completed in 4 weeks. CRG quickly painted and updated my entire apartment to repair plaster and woodwork and general repairs. In addition, they renovated my kitchen and were creative with solutions to increase storage in a tiny apartment. I was impressed with how considerate they were in keeping everything as clean as possible. CRG provided beautiful wood cabinets and quartz countertops that look like marble. I found the price very fair, quality amazing. CRG also guarantees their work for one year. I would definitely use CRG again as they're better than the previous three contractors whom I hired to do similar work in this and a previous condo. I'm so happy in my "new" home!"

"I had need for a relatively quick turnaround for upgrading of a worn out kitchen.  Called Competitive Painters and Robert Coulter came to discuss options.  I should mention that I had two other companies come to provide estimates.  The owner of one of them, a highly rated Angies List company, spent most of her time telling me that I should talk to a real estate agent about how my kitchen should look.  She had no helpful ideas or suggestions.  In contrast, Mr. Coulter explained several options - including services that his company could not provide.  He pointed me to a reasonably-priced granite counter top provider and Competitive Painters prepared and painted all of the kitchen cabinets.  They worked within my limited time period and coordinated their work with the countertop company.  The work they did was neat and professional.  I was very pleased with the results.

"The Home Pro technician was professional on the first visit, showing up on time, sharing pictures of the roof, providing detailed information about its condition, and providing a new roof estimate. However, he did not complete the roof maintenance during this visit. Home Pro customer service followed up the next day, and I asked for the roof repairs to be completed or a refund given. Apparently, details of my visit were not available, so the request fell through the cracks.  
When I called again after communicating with Angie's List,  a co-owner of Home Pro came by (on time and on the scheduled day) to respond to my inquiry to Angie's List and assure me they would complete the contracted service.  Still, I had to make another call to the Home Pro customer service staff to schedule and receive in the excellent roof maintenance service performed today.  
The bottom line is Home Pro provides services like roof maintenance and gutter cleaning to a huge number of prospects, giving precise, useful details and a fair estimate for total roof replacement using top quality materials.  I just needed to give them several reminders to get the service completed.
Today, their customer service followed up again to make sure I was satisfied and didn't have further questions.  She even sent me pictures of my roof with the repairs. I'm impressed and raised my rating to A.  Yes, I had some delays, but they certainly did everything possible to make me a happy customer.  It worked.

"This review is for the Champion in Baltimore, Maryland (Essex area).  I don't know if all Champions would offer the same quality and customer service.  First of all, I would like to say that we love our sunroom.  It faces the woods behind our property and we have enjoyed watching the wildlife....birds, groundhogs, squirrels and even deer.  The 4-season Champion sunroom is solidly built and has the feel of a true addition rather than just a porch.  We had their vinyl beadboard installed on the ceiling and the house wall.  Instead of the carpeting they offered, we installed our own Pergo wood laminate floor which turned out great.  An electrician installed a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and a wall light for an additional cost.  We did not get the heat pump that they offered--we are trying a space heater and fan since we have some heating/air conditioning coming into the sunroom with the French doors open.  All the staff was helpful, polite and professional.  Did everything go perfectly?  Does it ever on a big project?  The French door installers started to install the door backward from what we wanted--luckily we caught them in time and it was possible to correct.  One window was defective in that it had handprints inside the 2 glass panes, but Champion quickly replaced it. Overall, the project took 5 weeks (it could have been shorter) and went well.  We truly enjoy the extra space and relaxing/scenic view. Our three cats are thrilled also."

"They do quality work, but are messy and very difficult to work with.  They re-insulated all my windows.  There is yellow spray foam everywhere.  The siding was done ok, there are some sloppy cuts. They did not properly install the gutter guards.  They simply slid them in under the shingles of my roof.  They could have blown away at any time. 
They came to my house and just started to do the work without giving me notice that they were coming.  I showed up one evening from work and my siding was ripped off.  They could have damaged my car that was parked in the driveway.  
They have shady pricing.  They will send you a flier that says you can get 30% off with the flier.  My experience was that tthe 30% discount will only get you within a 10% range of the same pricing level of the competition. I also received multiple quote updates, negotiation, from these guys.  In one of them they randomly dropped the labor cost by 50%.  Their pricing scheme is really shady. 
After the work was performed, I hired a different company to work on my house.  They accidentally did some damage to work Four seasons performed.  Four seasons does not work well with competitors.  They act very unprofessionally if you use a different contractor for work on your house.  If you dare use another company to do work on your house, and that other company accidentally does damage, these guys act like catty 13 year old drama queens.  They will give you another excessively high estimate to redo the work and tell you that your warranty is voided unless you hire them to re-do the work.  They will not give part numbers, they will not give paint codes, etc. to you or their competitor to fix what the competitor accidentally broke.  They will be unresponsive to emails.  They wont call you back.  They will not send you emails, even if they agree to do it over the phone. 
The sales team is trained to try and upsell you at the cost of customer service.  It took me a month and half a dozen phone calls to get a list of all the materials they installed on my house.  
In sum, really difficult to work with.  Expensive. Shady business practices.  I would not recommend them.

"We recently bought a foreclosed home that was in need of several repairs. I contacted Luckel Contracting and they got back to me the same day. Larry was very professional and honest. He made recommendations on how to approach the fixes with my budget in mind.

Larry and his crew painted several rooms in my home (including patching) and they look fantastic. I've had many experiences with painters and his crew did the best job I've seen. He also came back to fix nail pops in the ceiling, just to make it look nicer.

They also installed a ceiling fan, changed all the door locks, and did some other small, "handyman" fixes.

The price was very reasonable and it was all discussed prior to origination of the work.

The best part is that Larry's skill set is vast, so he was able to handle any "one off" project I threw at him.

Overall, I'm very please and we will be using Luckel Contracting with more projects as we get settled in.
