As the hubby and I discussed the options, prices, and financial positions, not once were we pressured or interrupted to make a decision. It was my hubby who, after careful discussion, brainstorming, viewing, and reviewing, said letâ s go with the best. Then came the day for installationâ ¦ I had a double layer of shingles that needed to be removed. After removal, it was found, I needed some wood replaced. AJ was the supervisor, and he kept us informed throughout the process. As the project progressed, he sent us pictures so we could see it for ourselves, or the reason for replacement, whatever the situation, we were informed. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, and the crew worked efficiently, just like a team should. I have to say, that group of men worked very well together. Also, after the roof was done, the crew did their diligence to make sure everything was cleaned up. After the cleanup, AJ sat with us to close out everything and to make sure we were pleased with the job that was done. I highly recommend this company. Not once were we pressured into anything we didnâ t want. We were informed throughout the project of how things were going. The whole crew was polite and respectful. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. "I needed some shingles replaced on my roof, so I requested assistance from Home Advisor. Economy Restoration was one of the first companies to respond. Matt Montgomery came to my house to check the roof and informed me that because so many shingles were missing, they would recommend a full roof replacement. Matt was quite sure that my homeowner s insurance would cover it. He communicated with my insurance company and I had a brand new roof about a week or so later! The job only took a few hours-from removal of the old roof to installation of the new roof.I only paid the deductible, which the company gave me a break on, and I referred 3 others who also got new roofs this summer. "The service was thorough, I was given a free estimate and timely response concerning the contract. We all got on the roof and looked at the issues together. The challenge I had with choosing this contractor was that they do not offer financing. The quoted price was $26,000. To be clear, they we're going to allow a portion of the total amount to be paid off over time, however, The expectation was for us to come up with 10k+ upfront for materials. After receiving a second opinion, another contractor was going to be able to do the same work for less money with financing available. I don't think there was anything dishonest about their estimate. The cost they quoted me for repair was simply not in my budget based on their financing terms."

"I called Garner to see if they could do the work. They looked at the window boxes, provided recommendations that it be covered with pvc that would last a long time, not need painting and could be sealed better than aluminum. They provided a qoute, along with the stipulation that rotten wood exposed when it was uncovered would be extra to replace. Their was a lot of detailed cutting of the pvc boards to rebuild the boxes. Some of the wood underneath did need to be replaced. The work they did was fantastic. The had to work around some weather issues, but it was completed quickly and we now have the best-looking window boxes in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Garner Roofing for roof work or replacing other trim on a house. Work and professionalism are high quality. They kept in touch with us throughout."

"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.
 
1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."
