In my experience, this was completely untrue. My wife has never worked for him in any capacity. In my personal opinion, it felt retaliatory and deeply unprofessional. I ended up getting several second opinions from other mold professionals, all of whom felt the quote I received was excessive for what was found. Based on my experience with the customer service, the tone of the estimate, and the way things unfolded afterward, I would strongly recommend that other homeowners get multiple quotes before agreeing to anything. In my personal view, the way this situation was handled was alarming, unprofessional, and not in the best interest of the customer."
