We were given a tentative installation appointment pending receipt of our deposit and the two men reported at the appointed time. They worked diligently to retrofit the new panel and keypad to our existing wiring/motion detectors etc. When issues arose, they clearly communicated our options and proceeded accordingly. "The job was done great! These guys were very professional and wanted to make sure that the customer was happy. I bought a new 65' samsung and two 55' samsung all 4k tv's for my Directv system at home. Took existing tv's from upstairs and mounted them on the walls as well as hiding all wires so nothing shows at all! Bought and installed a Sono's home theater?sound system as well.?John is easy to work with and helped make things fit the budget i needed. The techs on install day were great, cleaned up when done and didn't leave until everything worked properly. They made changes that would benefit me as to using a full motion mount or tilt mount in certain rooms. Also ran my ethernet cable to a difficult part of the house to help set up my computer work station. These are the guys to hire for any of the work needed above and I'm sure more. Left no damage to walls or anything else.?"

"This provider, Melvin from All City was one of the nicest and most accommodating vendors I have ever worked with. The offer was for a tilting tv mount. I wrote All City and asked if it was possible to get a full motion tv mount. They immediately wrote back and said absolutely but it would be a little extra which I expected as the bracket costs more. Scheduling was very easy and immediate, only like 3 days after I bought the service.

Most importantly, apparently my old New York City address was in the Angies list system and Melvin texted me on the day of the appointment, near the time of the appointment that he was close to my building. Well I knew this didn't sound right as I don't live in a building anymore but rather in a house 40 minutes away from NyC without traffic in Westchester. When I contacted Melvin he couldn't have been nicer or more understanding of the mistake (not sure if it was mine or Angies List but certainly wasn't his) and said no problem he would get in his car and head up to the house now. Anyone who knows NY City and traffic, let alone the extra gas and tolls and time, would understand if Melvin said sorry I can't do today or have to reschedule or have to charge extra now or have to refund altogether but he answered with the easiest going "no problem mistakes happen" and headed right up to Westchester to my house.

Once at my house he found that the install may require an extension cord to run through the wall. I wasn't home but he called me and asked if I had one. I wasn't sure and directed him to where one might be, but in the interim he offered that "not to worry," if I didn't have an extension cord he would run out to a local store and get it for me to complete the install (ends up I had one that he found). People in general don't go out of there way like this, and I greatly appreciated it.

After the install he texted me a picture of the completed job and stated that if I wasn't completely satisfied he would be happy to come back and fix or reposition anything. None of which is needed as the installation was perfectly positioned and professionally installed. If you have the need, I highly recommend Melvin from All City!

"I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"
