"We had already called another plumber on Angies List (Hayes Plumbing) to have ours replaced. But when he arrived he stated he no longer gave the senior discount as he priced his units so low and he charges more for labor for units INSIDE the home, etc.  So I called Right Solutions Plumbing out of the phonebook and told him of our desperation. He has a good steady business and after hearing of our situation said he would be over that afternoon to look at  our unit and see how soon he could help us. He was the owner - James Ratliff - and he was so kind and professional over the phone.  HE estimated our job and went to get our 50 gallon BridgeWhite (or something like that--- a very good model they dont even sell retail at Lowes or Home Depot).  He came with his assistant, Jerome (really nice young man) and completed the job without any hangups.  By the way, he doesnt charge more for the unit being inside and said he never heard of that policy .  I commend his professionalism and concern for our situation.  He is such a nice guy and well represents his trade. I will use him anytime I need his services.  My husband also was very impressed with James.  He was very knowledgeable and a good communicator which nowadays, just  doesnt happen.
He also has 24 hr emergency service and responds to all his calls. I give him my highest recommendation.  He doesnt low bid and then hit you with all the extras. Very ethical and good to know someone like him has a local business we can depend upon.

"I was referred to JP plumbing by a good friend of mine after my water heater stopped working in the middle of the night. I called JP and was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained the process and broke the cost down. "After speaking with Kevin (CEO) about the merits of the One Water System, and my own online followup, I bit, and was scheduled for installation 5 days later. Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance. After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned. I was given an outline of positives results to look for.  And, as of 2 weeks after installation, I am very pleased with results. Faucet run faster, wife says hair and skin feels better. "Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."
