I received his quote in a timely fashion and he was quick to answer the questions that I had. I understood when I signed the contract that I would need to wait until summer for the job to be completed. The job was started the end of July and took about a week and a half to complete. "Fantastic. John told me what he was going to do (a). gentle removal of the cause of the clog or b). snaking, which is harder on old pipes). He told me what I might have to have done if those options didn't work. Fortunately, he was able to clear the clog and THEN he said since I don't rely on a septic tank, the best way to keep drains free is to pour a couple of cups of bleach down my drains (one drain per week) and flush with hot water after a couple of hours. By the way, they are also known as Masterworks Plumbing, if you are looking them up. Can't say enough good things about them!"
