When I first met Bill, I explained to him that I had recently purchased a new home and was in the process of making some upgrades to my existing home so I could covert it to a rental. I didn't have any air conditioning so that was my priority but I was considering replacing the original furnace at the same time if the price made sense. However, I didn't want to invest in a high end system since I wasn't going to be living there myself. "We used All City Plumbing for an angle stop valve behind the toilet that was leaking. They answered my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Around 40mins before the plumber arrived I got a text that told me who was coming to my house, a short bio about him, and an estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Joel Diaz, arrived to my house at the beginning of the appointment window and was very kind and courteous. Joel quickly evaluated the leak, had a plan to fix the leak, and gave me a no pressure proposal and quote. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Joel installed a higher quality valve than what was initially installed and I feel very confident that the valve will hold up a long time. Joel is a very nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show me what he was doing. He also finished the install extremely fast and left no mess at all. I was very impressed with Joel's work. I recommend anyone to use All City Plumbing (hopefully you get Joel!), and I will as well for any future plumbing needs."

"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."
