Sent a service tech out to snake the drain and it was later discovered that the issue was in the main line. Another technician was sent to run a camera through my lines free of charge! After discovering the blockage, it was recommend that we run a "Jetter" through the line to remove roots and other debris. After a price was presented, I agreed to move forward with the jetting. A third visit was necessary where two technicians were present and cleared the line with the Jetter. The charges from each of the previous technician visits were removed from the final price and the issue was resolved. My kitchen drain works fantastic now! All of the technicians were honest and up front about prices and made recommendations before they performed any work.
