They came and?fixed it? THEN offered ?hush money? with a contract so I wouldn?t do exactly what I?m doing!! Also with that they decided to ?void the warranty? lol. Trash company!! They are good until they actually install!"

"This is a frustrated review. Dreamstyle did an amazing job on my kitchen (spring - fall 2023) after a leaking dishwasher made remodeling a necessary purchase. When it was all done, we found that we could use an additional shelf in one of our cabinets. We did not know prior to signing off on paperwork because we had not put everything back in the kitchen. After looking around for a quick fix we reached out a month after the project was complete to see if we could purchase one. We were told yes, we could order an additional shelf, and it would cost $100. We agreed because we were having a hard time finding a workable solution. The request was made in January 2024, after checking in almost monthly with assurances from Kobe that he was working on it, we finally were told in June that the shelves (we ordered 3 in total) would be available for install in July. In July, the contractor came, and realized that the wrong shelf had been ordered, even though we had included the correct measurements in a text message to Kobe. Kobe assumed what cabinet we were requesting the additional shelves for. The contractor called Kobe, and Kobe said we never gave him the measurements, to which we showed the contractor the text message thread. The contractor said that he would be back before the end of the week with a workable solution. In August 2024, we reached out to Kobe and have not received a response of any kind. In September 2024, I began reaching out to Dreamstyle direct and have been assured I would receive both an email and a phone call, I have received neither. I just want a shelf, I hate that I have a beautiful kitchen and such a sour taste in my mouth from the experience because I have been ghosted."

"Neil, the owner of the Co came personally to show what was available when I asked for bids from local builders. That was nice and he seemed very pleasant and honest. I contracted with the company that day without hesitation. I was sad it took about 6 weeks before they could come do my shower, but that also had been told to me upfront. When the time came for my shower, I was SO excited. I was told in the beginning the install would take about a week. Neil had given me some beautiful pictures of the shower I had chosen. Angelo was my installer. He got really sick during the week and unfortunately, his work suffered. There were several things that needed fixed, including a bad leak that prevented me from using the shower. NO problem! Angelo was in bed very sick for a few days, when he came back.. he did everything to make me happy and was very pleasant and nice while working. The outcome was beautiful! However , another small problem popped op and I had to call again for a fix. The shower was leaking all over my floor again! I had been dealing with DJ ( Angelo's boss it seems but I don't think he ever actually installs anything) both he and Angelo came back a few days after I called and looked at the problem. DJ was VERY rude during this visit and I expressed my dissapointment to ,Neil. Angelo happily fixed the problem. All these repairs came out if Angelo's pocket , but he never complained. My shower is very nice now and overall I am very happy. It was very nice that my problems were addressed and solved without my having any hassle. I found out later that nothing was said to DJ about his attitude although he fired Angelo! That was shocking as Angelo fixed his mistakes with no fuss.. the original problem wasn't because he was a bad worker, it was because he was very very sick with an infection and fever, should probably have gone home a couple days sooner and then just come back and finished the shower.. instead, he struggled through and he ended up having to go into his pocket to fix what he had done wrong. And they fired him for that? I think that was wrong. He was paid a small portion of what I paid in cash for my shower, but all the repairs came out of his pocket, not the company!"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please look at the YELP or BBB complaints, they are much more akin to what I experienced. They are certainly manipulating the Google reviews. I hired Lion to do a simple cleaning/certifying of our HVAC units as part of a sale. I was initially quoted $119, and I verified no less than 3 times with the customer service rep that the price would include cleaning and testing. When our tech showed up, he said we were misquoted and the charge for cleaning and testing would be about $450, as it was part of their "maintenance" package. They very reluctantly cut us a "deal" for just over $300. Not only was zero cleaning done, the tech did not perform a single action that could be classified as "maintenance." What we got was a diagnostic and estimate for repairs and replacement. I called to complain twice before someone finally got back to me. I was told that the tech didn't perform the cleaning because it may have damaged the unit, which was clearly a lie because the tech never told me that and actually gave me a quote to perform the AC coil cleaning, $470 (what a deal!). The rep then told me that a simple cleaning was done, but not the deep clean that I was expecting. I asked that my invoice be revised to reflect that, but was quickly blocked. Yes, they actually blocked my number after repeatedly misrepresenting both the price and work. I was shocked. I filed a complaint with the BBB, of which I discovered there are many. Hopefully they do the right thing and just give me a refund, but I won't hold my breath. Again, they are clearly manipulating their reviews on Google. Customers do your research!"

We work with other subcontractors for installation and for other accessories such as counter tops and tile work. We accept credit cards and personal or business checks for payment. We generally bill 50% before placing any orders for cabinetry with 50% due upon delivery.
