"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Prompt, courteous, beautiful job.  But, they could have used the magnet rake more and gotten up the screws, I have flat tires that have to be aired every time I mow.  They could have returned as promised to remove the base of DISH that was put up incorrectly and had to pay DISH repairman to come and replace with new unit. I have sent email reminding, to no avail.
