The problem lied behind the drywall and Al told me what work was needed to investigate the issue and repair it. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair cost for the job. Throughout the repair work he provided updates and what materials he needed to completed the work. Al provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant to talk to. I am very satisfied with his work and craftmanship."

"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

"Now let me just start off this review by saying that I am a contractor's worst nightmare. This is because I am a perfectionist and will find every little thing that needs to be corrected or altered. That being said Hollywood refinishing, and the owner Tarwat, did not let that phase them. Tarwat was available at every step of the way and was very good responding to texts and emails. We kept our current cabinet frames and had them give us new doors and also a brand-new custom built in pantry. They did a good job of prepping and taping everything off, but just to warn you it is still very dusty during the process, but what construction isn't? <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All the doors and drawers (also all new drawers) are all soft close and the cabinet above the fridge is also new, in addition to the pantry which we absolutely love. It has four large pull out drawers on the bottom half of the pantry and one shelf on the top. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Since we both work full time we left a lock box outside for his guys to come in when they needed to work. I felt comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up after every day of work. Again like I said anytime I needed something adjusted because of my perfectionism, Tarwat had no problem sending his guys back over. I would definitely recommend them! <br />"
