He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. He completed the work neatly and professionally, and the water heater was restored to full function."

"3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. "Installing the electrical service and providing an opening to run cables from the linen closet to the living room turned out to be a major project in itself because we discovered an interior concrete wall inside behind the drywall that separated the two. The guys had to drill through the concrete to install the outlet and to created an opening to run cables from the closet to the TV and DVR in the living room. That same concrete wall complicated installing the power outlet near the AC & hot water heater and the wall light in the area. It ended up being easier to tap power from the guest bathroom and route it through the AC closet than to drill another set of holes in the concrete. All of this added substantially to the time required to do the work, and hence to the cost, but it was worth it. Despite the unexpected problems the guys were able to figure out a way to get the result I wanted, and I'm delighted with the final outcome."
