He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. "Experience with 3D Solar was great from start to finish. I did a lot of research and had financing lined up for the project before contacting 3D.
