"We have been customers of Prestige Pools and Spas for 15 years, since 1999 when the built our in-ground pool. They are family owned and operated, and it shows in everything they do! Their prices are certainly competitive, but it is their service after the sale that keeps us satisfied customers. They have always responded promptly to any questions or requests, and their great customer service is what keeps us coming back year after year!

"The job was very professionally done. They were respectful of property, work was done on time and kept us informed of any updates or problems. Job site was clean and care taken when using machinery. Our pool was 50 years old and looks like a brand new pool now. Tom and Ben know their business well and have a great crew. If Tom makes any suggestions listen because he knows his business well in all aspects. Job was completed and came back promptly to finish a few minor repairs. We would definitely hire again for any future needs. They were very reasonable which helps in these times. Jan and Steve"

I'm a small painting contractor that specializes in the application of high performance pool and deck coatings and I take my work very personally; expect to see a lot of me working with my crew if you hire my company to coat your pool and/or deck. Our work can also be considered as repainting, relining, refinishing or resurfacing and sometimes even replastering; it doesn't matter what we call it as long as it looks, feels and performs better than new. Please note that we are only focused on your pool or deck's finish; we do not service, open or close pools, nor do we pour new concrete, install new pavers or replace vinyl liners, tile and coping and we are not qualified to work on your pool or spa's operating or electrical system. Thank you, Rick Coday.

FAQs for swimming pool remodeling projects in Wildwood, MO

You can modernize your pool by adding features like underwater LED lighting, mosaic tiles, or a beach entry for easy access. Incorporating amenities like fire pits, waterfalls, or installing energy-efficient equipment can also give your pool a contemporary upgrade.

To make your pool more energy-efficient, consider resurfacing it with a lighter color to reduce heating needs and evaporation. Installing a variable-speed pump can significantly lower energy consumption. Switching to low-energy LED lights not only saves power but also enhances ambiance. Additionally, updating old plumbing pipes can improve efficiency and reduce water loss.

A pool remodel typically takes between four and eight weeks to complete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the size of your pool, the complexity of the renovations, and the availability of materials and contractors. Planning ahead and coordinating with a professional pool remodeler can help ensure your project stays on schedule.

Remodeling your pool can be a worthwhile investment, especially if you plan to sell your home. A pool remodel can increase your property's value and enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Upgrades like modern finishes, energy-efficient systems, and added features like lighting or fountains can transform an outdated pool into a backyard oasis.

Resurfacing a pool involves applying a new finish to the existing surface to address cosmetic issues and minor structural concerns. Replastering is a more extensive process that replaces a deeper layer of the pool's structural base, impacting both stability and appearance. After replastering, you can choose from various finishes to enhance the design and longevity of your pool.
