"JES Foundation Repair (A Groundworks Company) proposed a solution for my basement wall reinforcement, and waterproofing. I accepted, and a date was set. They did not show up and it took 8 phone calls and 24 hours to find out that they weren't confident in their proposal. They increased the scope and added 50% to the cost. Stupidly, I signed again as time was wasting and I didn't want to start over with new vendors. JES completed the work while I was out of town. When I got back, there had been heavy rain and there was more water in my basement then I had ever experienced. I contacted my rep via text (impossible to get through by phone as he always was in "Training" when I called). His response was " That doesn't look good, I'll make some calls". I had to make the calls. JES sent several new employees out and they proposed additional work at ADDITIONAL cost. Unable to get satisfaction from mgmt. Had another foundation company finish the job. Do not use!"

The two power washing men showed initiative and attention to every detail, and it was a big job. The house has never looked better, and I now know what the BEST POWER WASHING JOB LOOKS LIKE, so it will not be easy to settle for anything less than these guys did today. Hard to describe perfection, but they hit it today. The window washing crew also did a great job. They were organized and efficient, and I was super pleased with the results. This is a big house to get ready for the summer rental season, and I now have the company to help me do it."
