"If i could give zero stars i would have. We paid almost $12,000 back in October for them install a new system in our home. Since then we have failed county inspection 3 times. The techs who come out all have different stories and excuses. The electrician who came out last time Donald informed us of how terrible his own company was and how he planned to quit. Me and my mother have taken countless days off work for them to come bandaid the problems instead of fixing them costing us even more money for missing work. Last Monday we failed for the 3rd time so I reached out AGAIN to the cooperate office and here we are 7 days later with no response and issue still not addressed This will be reported to the BBB, Angie's list will be reported for false advertising because the reviews under this company's name are actually for a company they bought out action 9 will be involved if this isn't the last time I have to deal with these people. It's the most unprofessional experience I've had with any HVAC company and I'm very disappointed in how they conduct themselves and their business please home owners beware!!"

They responded quickly and sent a wonderful young man Chris who was able to get my furnace up and running on a very cold Sunday. Chris was so helpful, took time to explain why the furnace shut down and showed me the issues that need to be addressed. "After paying for the the work to be done the contractor has rarely shown up and have documented dozens of instances that they said they were coming and didnt. It has been 7 months and our job isn't done. I have had to buy electric heaters for my house which is still not enough and I have documented the inside temp of my house down to 47° I have had a second contractor come in and look at what has been done so far and was told that the furnace and air handler are installed incorrectly and that the wire that they installed is incorrect and out of code as well."
