"It was a great experience for me. I spoke to Bill and Allison before the service call. Another heating & air company had replaced my original thermostat with an "upgraded" unit. My electric bill went up and the Lennox heat pump did not keep the house comfortable. Requested that my original thermostat be re-installed but they refused to do it. I then reached out to Bill at Healthy Home who sent techs Josh and Harry to reinstall my original thermostat (not a easy or quick process) and service the unit as well. "The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage.
