"In July, 2019, our basement flooded for at least the 10th time since my wife and I had lived there. It was awful. It resulted in assistance from ServPro as well as remediation for mold. However, before remediation was performed, ServPro handed me a business card for Sparks Waterproofing. Jody Sparks (owner) came less than a week later for a site inspection of our home, our basement, and the topography of our property. He explained the concept of waterproofing as "water diversion."
