He was knowledgeable, thorough, persistent in finding the cause of the problem, neat, helpful, and kind. He found and explained the problem, then fixed it completely (until or unless the same drain block happens again). It took some hard work and time but he was patient and efficient in getting it done. The microwave turned out to be an electrical issue but he explained the possible causes in an understandable way. I was more than a little annoyed that Brian showed up 45 minutes before his scheduled appointment time - especially since I still had another provider at the house providing an estimate. He spent less than 10 minutes looking at the plumbing, didn't take any measurements and spent more time writing up the estimate than he did looking at the existing plumbing. His estimate was more than a $1,000 over the other three estimates I received - perhaps if he'd spent more time asking me questions or reviewing the existing plumbing he would have been able to provide an estimate closer to the other three we got."
