"Eric came in and discussed the problem then set to work. He cleaned out the backed up sewage then worked on cleaning out the line with his power snake. When he couldn't get the snake down further he brought in his camera to do a visual inspection and explained as he went. He got it all flowing though. He also went above and beyond initially by helping locate and access the clean out trap. He was on time, professional, pleasant, answered questions and cleaned up after himself.
