"Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks."

"Trowbridge Plumbing did a great job replacing my power vented hot water heater. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they put down protective coverings the entire way from my entry door all the way into my utility room. They even swept and cleaned the area under my old water heater before installing the new one. They were very efficient, finishing the entire job in just an hour. Trowbridge Plumbing gave me the most competitive bid over the phone and they didn't try to add additional charges when on site doing the work. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing job and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work at an affordable price."

"Kelly and Chad were amazing to work with in Replacing my leaking water heater. Several other companies tried scare tactics and were trying to take advantage of a female homeowner.. but not these guys!! Next day service, everything explained, and no surprises with billing! Very honest and respectful! Would highly recommend."

"Diagnosed and fixed a complex problem with our boiler and water heater on an emergency call basis. Nicholas was professional, friendly and tireless in solving our issue. He is a great ambassador and asset to his company. Highly recommended."

"We had them replace plumbing fixtures in our bathroom remodel and install in-line water heater to provide point of use hot water to a distant bathroom from our water heater. In addition, they replaced a deteriorating concrete laundry tub and replaced a shut-off valve for an outdoor water faucet that was leaking."

"Exceptional service. I called him, and he came right away on a Saturday evening and installed a new water heater for half the price the big giant companies charge. He was very professional."

"Good and Bad. I had decided to replace my front porch light fixture and replace and repair the light fixture on on outdoor pole in my back yard. I also wanted to repair or replace my front doorbell. This was right at the start of the shutdowns due to COVID-19 so I was having a lot of trouble even finding someone willing to come to my home. I also was starting to work from home for the first time when I scheduled service. My appointment was on May 7th. Joe, the technician that came out arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I explained what I needed and had already purchased the light fixtures, solar monitor for the light pole and a doorbell and chime. Joe looked over everything and determined that it would be too difficult and costly to repair the original doorbell and I decided to purchase a Honeywell Plug-In wireless doorbell from him. Joe gave me three quotes for the work I needed. The lowest quote was $861.00 and the other two quotes were in the range of $1,200 to $1,500 dollars. I owed Joe a $60.00 fee just for coming out to give me a quote and with my anxiety over the virus and working from home and the trouble with getting anyone to come out I decided to have him do the work. While doing the work Joe also sold me a can (for $100.00) for the porch light fixture. The work took around 2 hrs and my bill was $961.00. I knew that I paid too much for the repair but I wasn't sure how much I was overcharged. I did call the company and was given a $25.00 credit that I qualified for but forgot to ask for during the visit. I've checked online and the doorbell I purchased sells for around $50 before markup. I also recently worked with a company called Handy.com and when I asked them for a quote for the same work (not including doorbell) I was quoted $141.00 for the work which they expected would take 2 hrs. Randy's did good work for me but I know I was severely overcharged for this repair. I know that I cannot afford to hire them again without a better breakdown and explanation of their pricing."

"Installation of a new natural gas water heater was done in about 3 hours. He had to come up with a way to have the water heater raised as it sits on a drain pad and the flat surface of the heater bottom would have closed off the drain. The old heater has legs. He used PVC pipe pieces to elevate this new heater. He replaced the gas shutoff valve and the water shutoff valve. The old ones were over 36 years old."
