"Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks."

"Diagnosed and fixed a complex problem with our boiler and water heater on an emergency call basis. Nicholas was professional, friendly and tireless in solving our issue. He is a great ambassador and asset to his company. Highly recommended."

"The experience with St. Paul Pipeworks was great! We noticed our hot water heater leaking last night, called them this morning and they were at our house by early afternoon. In less than 2 hours, our hot water was back and they left our house without a trace. Phil and Mike were very pleasant and professional. The estimate that Keith provided over the phone matched the actual cost. No surprises."

"They did an excellent job installing a new water heater. Highly recommended!"

"Drained and removed old water heater and installed new one"

"He fixed the problem and asked if we had other plumbing projects. He fixed things that I was always going to get around to bud didn't. He even showed my wife how to shut off the water in an emergency. Thanks."

"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.

"Dave did a great job! I'm glad I picked him over the other 2 quotes I got to replace my water heater and a noisy, slow-flowing kitchen faucet. A true professional. Good and reasonable pricing. On time and reliable. Very nice human being. Will be calling him again should any plumbing troubles arise."

"Repaired our gas leak fast and safely. Will hire again and recommend to everybody!"
