"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Sonny and his team where exactly what we needed when we were on a real bind. Con Edison had given us a warning, but very short notice before they ultimately turned off the gas at my rental property in the Bronx due to a corroded pipe. Sonny and his team worked quickly and diligently to target the problem area and replace the part of the pipe/gas line that was necessary. In doing so, Sonny and his team was great in explaining to me the process step by step, coordinating with my tenants where necessary, and also coordinating with Con Edison and the city inspectors to schedule and go through the inspections that needed to be done once the work was completed.
