Customers say: Quick response

"They were knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. Duke Energy turned off my gas when a leak was detected after line replacement in my neighborhood. After strategizing how to tackle the project, D&P fixed the leaks in a little over two hours. I had contacted another plumber whose estimate included a crew for a whole day and a rip and replace of 70 ft of gas pipe to the tune of $8200! D&P actually repairing the problem was much more cost effective."

"Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"I was promptly greeted by a 3-man crew (2 staff and an apprentice). They spent a significant amount of time diagnosing my issue at no cost (running a camera, tracing it, and digging out the end of my drain pipe). Then they ran an auger to clear the line and once again used the camera to ensure it was clear. They even cleaned up and hauled away the clogged material. They did great work and their customer service was top notch!"

"Alan called back within minutes, and got to our house the same day. He was very polite and professional and worked hard to remove some really big tree roots that were clogging the drain pipes. He also had a great memory he had been here 8 years ago and he remembered the house! I definatrly recommend him - since he owns his own business and does the work himself he cares very much about customer service and a job well done."

"I hired Henry Excavating to repair a leaking Blue Max line from the water meter to my house.  Roger Henry inspected the area, gave me several different options, and gave me an estimate.
I had a 6" x 9" access panel in my finished basement where the old water line came into the house.  In order to avoid digging up all of the landscaping in the front of the house, the plan was to drill from the outside from the meter to the house and try to get close to the existing access panel.  They drilled about 25 ft, underneath the front sidewalk, under all of the landscaping, and were within three inches of the old water line (still within the 6" x 9" access panel).  Awesome!
The new line was hooked up to the house line, and the hole in the front yard was filled.  The sod was replaced on top, and just a small crown was left that should eventually settle.  Anybody that has ever had a broken Blue Max line repaired on the street side by the City knows this.
I would highly recommend Henry Excavating to replace a Blue Max water line to the house.  They were courteous and professional."

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Williamsburg, OH

During the inspection, you’ll watch a high-definition video feed that shows exactly what’s going on inside the pipe—everything from minor buildup to major cracks. Your plumber pauses the footage to explain what you’re seeing and why it matters. Bright lights and self-leveling cameras make sure each section is captured clearly, so you leave with a complete picture of your sewer’s health.

Most professionals complete a standard sewer camera inspection in an hour. That window covers setting up the gear, guiding the camera through the line, and reviewing the footage with you. If your house lacks a cleanout and the technician needs to pull a toilet or access a vent stack, tack on a little extra time—and cost—for that added work.

Yes, a sewer camera inspection can help you identify septic system problems. A sewer camera gives your pro a live view of the pipes leading to the septic tank, so they can spot blockages, corrosion, leaks, or other red flags without guesswork. Pinpointing the problem quickly means you can plan the right repair and keep the entire septic system running smoothly.
