"While I debate the necessity of a basement French drain, we were convinced by a salesmen from another company and a tenant that was overly demanding that this would guard against a possible issue, though redirection of water and cement seemed to fix our issue. Assuming such a system was necessary, Jon of Eastern was a great sales/service person, came in with a great price and of the solutions that I compared, had the best proposed solution, i.e. off the shelf pump, a method that would most likely to work etc. I compared to others and this is the best. Because we did this system, we could be assured of no water in flood and further to be able to finish the basement."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly.
