"They came, did the work found a broken cap and repaired it that visit."

"Our Roof/Chimney was damaged in severe wind. We had the brick redone and then called Bricks out to assess the liner. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and upon inspection they had noticed our brick work needed to be repaired as the previous work was not correctly done. The liner also was bent and had a small tear. They were very informative, taking the time to show and explain all aspects of what needed to be done. This company was very reliable, friendly, and professional. The Installation of the new work went quick, and they were respectful of property as well. Id highly recommend Bricks Chimney."

"The service is good and the price is fair for regular chimney cleans and dryer vent cleaning. However, recently in the past year I've had a lot of trouble getting any response. There have been missed appointments and a general lack of communication."

"PERFECTLY....HE WAS THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT...VERY KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT A VAST VARIETY OF WOOD AND GAS STOVES...

"Very professional and friendly.  I would rely on this company.
They gave me a window of 3 hours to arrive at the property, however I was the 1st appointment of the day so not sure why you can't confirm a time?  They also did not call me on their way to the job as discussed
I thought the price was reasonable for the service, however I can't confirm quality.  All I know is the job took a lot less than other chimney cleaning services I have had in the past.

"That was fine. That was a year ago. It was good. I end up spending $500. I wasn't expecting to spend that much, because they did a bunch of other things. I wasn't even there when they came. I was only expecting to get my chimneys cleaned and then they recommended I get the caps and spent more and I guess I needed the chimney caps, as well."

"The company was very professional. Excellent response time to our request for bid (same day requested). Examined the property, provided a comprehensive Zoom call to walk through all of the processes they would be using and services they provide. Negotiated a very fair price and scheduled the work quickly. Timely follow ups from their team. On schedule without exception. The roof was completed in one day. Excellent job. Their responsiveness and customer service were outstanding and provided us with a strong level of comfort on their organization and level of expertise. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for roof or siding."

"The guys were great. Quick, thorough and on time. I would definitely use them again.
"

"Cleaned out my clogged gutters, arrived as promised, very neat and fast, did not need to repair chimney cap"

"Pat and his team did great work all around. My basement is dry for the first time and has stayed dry since the work. Stone pointing was done right by shaving down old cement before pointing. Chimney looks great! I would definitely recommend Quinn Brothers for mason work and basement waterproofing."
